Booking and Payment Policy:

To ensure a smooth scheduling process, all appointments require a valid credit or debit card to be securely stored. This card will only be charged once the services have been successfully provided, giving you peace of mind regarding the payment process.

Liability Release for Skin Complications:

By choosing the exceptional esthetician services available at Abiding Artistry L.L.C, clients affirmatively release, Abiding Artistry L.L.C, and any affiliated parties from any responsibility or liability stemming from potential skin complications resulting from allergic reactions. This release extends to all actions and treatments administered by the esthetician.

Image Usage Consent:

We value the artistry and outcomes of our services and occasionally showcase our work on various platforms, such as our official website, social media channels, printed materials, and promotional content. This showcase may include photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other forms of digitally or chemically stored media. By partaking in our services, clients grant Abiding Artistry L.L.C and its authorized representatives and agents the permission to use their images for these purposes. Any claims or concerns regarding the usage of these images are expressly waived.

Satisfaction Assurance:

We are committed to delivering esthetician services that meet and exceed your expectations. Upon completion of your treatment, your acceptance signifies your contentment with the outcome. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.

Appointment Punctuality and Delays:

Your time is valuable, and we endeavor to honor our appointments punctually. If you anticipate being delayed, notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a late fee of $20 will be applied to the total cost. In the case of delays exceeding 15 minutes, the performing esthetician reserves the right to either adjust the treatment duration or, if necessary, cancel the appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Cancellation Etiquette:

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that cancellations may be necessary. We ask for a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, allowing us to allocate our resources effectively. Same-day cancellations incur a $50 fee, and no-shows will result in a charge of the full service amount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Abiding Artistry we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both our valued customers and our business operations. Please take a moment to review the following terms:

Appointment Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered no-show.
  3. No-Show: Failing to show up for an appointment without 24-hour notice will be treated as a no-show.

Refund Policy:

  1. Appointments: In the event of a late cancellation, a fee of $50 will be charged and a  no-show, will result in the full price of the service being charged. This fee is to compensate for the time reserved for you and the opportunity cost of other potential appointments.
  2. Product Purchases: If you wish to return a product, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  3. Member Service Packages: If you have purchased a service package, the cancellation and refund terms apply to each individual appointment within the package. Any used services will be deducted from the total refund amount based on the individual service price.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an appointment or request a product return, please contact our customer service team by 214-225-6846 as soon as possible. Provide your appointment details or purchase information for quick assistance.

Refund Process:

  1. Appointment Cancellations: The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from the prepaid amount for the appointment.
  2. Product Returns: After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be initiated. Please allow 7-14 for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy may be considered in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
