Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using services provided by Abiding Artistry LLC. By booking an appointment, using our website, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Abiding Artistry LLC is a hair removal spa located in Richardson, Texas, specializing in sugaring and electrolysis — natural and permanent hair removal methods. All services are performed by trained estheticians.
2. SMS Communications

By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from Abiding Artistry LLC:
- Responses to client inquiries about services or products.
- Promotional offers and limited-time specials.
- Business announcements including new services, hours, and policy updates.
Note: Appointment booking reminders are sent through a separate system and are subject to separate consent.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Abiding Artistry LLC is not responsible for any charges, delays, or failures in the delivery of SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
SMS opt-in and all services provided by Abiding Artistry LLC are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our full Privacy Policy, including how we handle your SMS data, is available on our website. SMS consent and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card to be securely stored on file. Your card will only be charged after services have been successfully provided.
4. Appointment Punctuality
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate a delay, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a late fee of $20.
- In cases of delays exceeding 15 minutes, the esthetician reserves the right to adjust the treatment duration or cancel the appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations: $30 fee.
- No-shows without prior communication: 100% of the service fee.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Any client who reschedules an appointment will be required to place a new deposit equal to 50% of the service total.
- This deposit is required to secure your new appointment date and will be applied toward your service.
- Deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of future changes.

6. Refund Policy
Appointments
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the applicable fee to the card on file. These fees compensate for reserved time and the opportunity cost of other potential appointments.
Product Purchases
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Service Packages
For purchased service packages, cancellation and refund terms apply to each individual appointment. Used services will be deducted from the total refund amount at individual service prices.
Refund Processing
Please allow 7–14 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after we have received and inspected any returned products.
Exceptions
Exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy may be considered in documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
7. Liability Release for Skin Complications
By choosing services at Abiding Artistry LLC, clients release Abiding Artistry LLC and any affiliated parties from any responsibility or liability stemming from potential skin complications resulting from allergic reactions. This release extends to all actions and treatments administered by the esthetician.
8. Image Usage Consent
We occasionally showcase the results of our services on our website, social media, printed materials, and promotional content. This may include photographs, videos, and other media. By partaking in our services, clients grant Abiding Artistry LLC and its authorized representatives permission to use their images for these purposes. Clients who do not wish to have their images used must notify us in writing prior to their appointment.
9. Satisfaction Assurance
We are committed to delivering services that meet and exceed your expectations. Your acceptance of completed treatment signifies your contentment with the outcome.
10. Blog & Community Guidelines
Participation in our blog or online community requires respectful dialogue, constructive feedback, and adherence to our community standards. We reserve the right to remove content that includes hate speech, personal attacks, spam, off-topic content, or plagiarism. Repeated violations may result in removal from the community.
